Requests for early check-in and late check-out are accepted but subject to availability. Free early check-in allowed is from 12:00 PM and late check-out until 14:00 only. This privilege is granted to guests who book directly with us. Applicable fees will be billed over the hours.

Yes, however parking is subject to availability. Registered hotel guests are entitled to one (1) free parking slot per room.

To ensure the safety of guests and staff at Yuan Garden Pasar Baru, we implement the following health and safety protocols: All guests and staff will go through a temperature check upon entering the hotel. All guests and staff are required to wear masks. Staff are required to maintain a minimum social distance of 1 meter. Washbasins and hand sanitizers will be provided at strategic locations. Sanitation procedures will be carried out routinely around hotel facilities
The automatic system will send a confirmation email directly to the email registered at the time of making a reservation. It is important for users to ensure that they have entered the correct email address. Common errors due to inbox overcapacity or spam filter being too strict on emails can occur, so please check your spam folder or send a message to the hotel with the booking number and details if the user still hasn’t received a confirmation letter.
Most of our rooms are designed to accommodate 2 people. Staying with more than 2 people (adults) will require an extra bed which is available at an additional cost.
